Tgi Fridays - Concord

Last night, we had an amazing waiter named Dylan. He had a wonderful personality—funny, friendly, and full of life. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu. We took his recommendations for our orders, and we enjoyed everything he suggested. I truly believe he is the best server we've ever encountered. Great guy!

The food was delicious, as always, and the service was quick. Our waitress was friendly, and we didn't have to wait long at all. It was a fantastic experience!

I'm a regular at Concord Fridays and had a great experience last night. Despite the crowd, our service was excellent. I tried the new Southwest chicken sandwich, and it was really good—the chicken was tender, and the avocado added a nice touch. The dressing wasn't too spicy, which I appreciated. I think the onions would taste better if they were sliced thinner. The new raspberry iced tea was delicious, too. Unfortunately, I didn't have room for the Oreo madness dessert, but I'll definitely be back. Plus, I'll be getting a free dinner on my next visit since I'm a Fridays rewards member!

Good customer service. Wasn't too busy, we were able to sit 7 instantly. Food was great, but most of all the cheese fry burger slaps. The best thing they did was hand out a flower and a card for mothers day, how thoughtful!

I really regret not coming here sooner! Kate was one best wait staff I've ever encountered. We just had a sampler but the food was great and didn't take to long even though they seemed to be under staffed.
