I've known the owner for 25 years, and he has consistently served the best pizza in Long Island, and now he offers the best pizza here in Concord, NC. Roberto and his wife Laurie are two of the kindest people you'll ever meet.

Uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. The pizza is good, but it's not worth enduring the poor customer service. During our last visit, the busboy who cleared our table also boxed our food without washing his hands afterward, which left my husband feeling ill. We decided to give it another try a few months later, but this time we encountered even worse customer service. The woman at the register was extremely rude and treated customers poorly. When confronted, she offered an insincere apology, but instead of taking responsibility, she blamed us for her attitude. Despite our efforts to enjoy our meal, she continued to speak negatively about customers while standing behind the counter. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this establishment.

Unhappy and unwilling. the pizza is good, but not good enough to pamper the bad customer service. the last time we went to the establishment bus boy who had the table deleted the same person that our eating after cleaning the tables he did not wash his hands. my man got sick. we wanted to try again later. we received the worst customer service. the lady behind the register was so rude and treated her customers very badly. then she apologised after she had been faced and her apologies accused the customer for her bad employment. when we imagined to stay in operation and eat, she stood behind the counter and spoke badly about her customers. that was very professional. we will not be back to this facility.
