Red Lobster Concord

The experience was nice. The food and service were good.

Went for my father’s birthday and the food tasted fresh, the manager was very nice to clean both high chairs and our table before giving them to us and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. They spaced us out from other surrounding tables due to being short staffed and we loved it. I’ll go back again. My summer specialty drink was on point.

I sat for a long time before my waitress greeted me. Several staff walked by my table without so much as speaking. I didn’t even have water, bread or silverware so it was clear that no one had been to my table…k was just sitting. I never received the lobster bisque I ordered and had to request for it to be removed. The shrimp I ordered for my salad were salty. I asked for my dressing on the side so I could take half my salad home, but it was too salty so I didn’t even take my food with me.

Service was slow and for a higher end restaurant we ate with plastic utensils. Was definitely not impressed.

Had a great time, food was good and the service was excellent!
