After we went to the restaurant and arrived and waited 5-10 minutes, we said they just started cooking the eggs. These are 8 minutes to cook and cool more to add a salad. We agreed to take the salads without eggs, but came home to find no bacon and no Romains, and thin, tasteless Caesar Dressing. We tried to solve this before we publish this review, but neither the owner nor a manager were available. If you don't have the ingredients to just say the dish. The fried plantains were pretty good. I HATE posting bad reviews, and the dishes served are well looked out, but I would avoid avoiding from this restaurant as the plague salads.
I've been here six times in the span of about a year. I'm dipping, pulling out and ordering catering. Her food is delicious, but her service is unfortunately rejected. The phone does not work for you to order if they asked them to be unable to give me a legitimate reason. They are very busy during lunchtime there is only one person on the front with orders and they visit all dunes in customers. The food needs a long time to be ready and they are not also spending dressings / salsa when they use. The lomo salado and the ceviche taste like the REAL DEAL! I was born and raised in Peru, and I took someone from Peru, and they also agreed the quality and taste is traditional. If you want the real Peruvian food experience, you need to go to MOCHICA. I can literally not stop going
I've been a customer since you opened the first time. When you opened the Caesar Dressing, it was really good, I thought it was homemade. On the other night I asked the checkout if the Caesar Dressing was still homemade and she went on to argue with me and tell me that it was never homemade. Maybe you want to teach her some customer service skills, as after this experience we will not be back. The first rule in customer service is that the customer is always right, even if you know that he is wrong. If it were just that we had given him another chance, but the food of my husband was terrible, the steak in his fried rice was like rubber, he could hardly eat it and was was wasting most of it. We'd rather spend our money where we'll be treated nicely and the food is good.
I could eat their food non- stop!! It's soooo flavorful, and light, that you find yourself mindlessly eating while you visit with your lunch companion. The portions are large, fresh, and served hot. We had the rice with steak and chicken, and a large portion of fried plantains. Not the least bit fancy, but go there for the memorable food. My meal was actually equal to 3 meals. (2 from leftovers)
