Jack In The Box - Concord

Have not had this since living in Hawaii and miss it! So good. Location seemed short staffed and dining room was closed but staff did an amazing job with the drive through. Large order, everything correct and perfectly executed. The staff was on point!

First time there and food was very good. The young lady that took our order was FANTASTIC. If I was looking to hire a Customer Relations person, I would ask her.

Where do I start? For two families, about $50 were ordered for pickup by the app. They didn't have the order, had to wait back to the lodge and they didn't have about $7 worth of the food I had ordered. What a waste. Plus other complaints, but that's what's relevant.

I told the lady I just asked for one, she said we didn't have time to make onion rings. I don't understand why it wasn't said when I ordered or gave the opportunity to order another page. No one ever contacted me

My wife and I both tried the new Cheddarburger?? patties were cold and small amounts of degree of curing. Cheddar Brötchen was hard and crisp. The only thing that was freshly cooked was the Pommes.
