Hardee's - Concord

The person taking orders was fantastic—very helpful and courteous. The food is from Hardee’s, so if you've eaten there before, you know what to expect since it's a chain restaurant. If you're really hungry, it's best to arrive early because the service is incredibly slow. You'll likely wait in line for about 20 minutes. I'm starting to wonder if fast food really exists anymore...

I witnessed a classic case of a “male Karen” today, and I must say I was taken aback. He ordered a cheeseburger and then began to raise his voice at the woman behind the counter, who remained exceptionally kind and professional throughout the encounter. It seemed like there was an issue with his order, but she handled everything with grace while he was rude and hostile the whole time. When his order was finally ready, he threw up his hands and declared that he didn't want it anymore. Luckily, my order came up soon after, and since his had been paid for and he refused it, the woman kindly offered it to me. I gladly accepted. Overall, I’d give this experience five stars—10/10, I’d gladly witness a male Karen again. Plus, out of all the Hardee's locations, this one is definitely the best!

The service was a little slow, but that was understandable given how busy they were. The food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

Ms. Lisa at this location was the nicest person we’ve ever had at a fast food chain. Food was amazing and excellent customer service. I hope she gets all good things coming her way!

The staff are efficient and friendly. this is my first time when I have eaten her sirloin burger and I am not impressed by the taste. Food: 2/5
