Ej's On Main - Concord

Conveniently located in Holiday Inn at the intersection of Main St and Loudon Rd in Concord. The oven pizza is usually excellent. Even on a bad day, it's one of the best in town. Nice Bar, but is looking forward to the return of Hahn Bier after the Covid era. It would be nice to see some local beers here! Most bartenders are competent and personable Christian is absolutely the best! The evaluation would be a 5 the other menu items were better tasting.

You don't expect a hotel to have a Brick Oven but EJ's on Main in the Holiday Inn, Concord Downtown does! We had the Meat Lovers Pizza and WOW, Chef John prepared the pizza perfectly and Heather kept our water and beer pints full. The restaurant had a decent crowd and these two made serving everyone look easy. A must visit, if not for the best service.... the Brick Oven. I was too anxious and didn't get a picture of the whole pie.

Me and my boyfriend were staying at the Holiday Inn, and I had a breakfast voucher for EJ’s for both of us, we ordered French toast and pancakes .. well we only got one piece of French toast and one pancake each! The French toast should have had 4 Pieces of toast and there should have been 3 pieces of pancakes. And to top it off my pancake was undercooked, very bad flour taste and pale in color, I took one bite and spit it out. They were not busy at the time we placed our order. We were only the second couple in the restaurant that morning at the time. If we hadn’t taken the food back to the room to eat I would have complained about it . I understand we had vouchers but I still paid cash to have the vouchers. And I’m glad I didn’t tip. I would not recommend them for breakfast Parking: The hotel has a big parking lot EJ’s is in the corner of the building so that corner side of the parking lot typically has plenty of parking spots unless there is an event going on at the hotel Kid-friendliness: If your not sitting at the bar they have tables Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps

We went to try the pizza. It was just fair. Might try it one more time.
