Dunkin' - Concord

I consistently receive fast and friendly service at this Dunkin' Donuts location. The seating is convenient while waiting for my order. This particular spot is close to shopping areas and is well-kept with ample parking. I enjoy their coffee beverages and donuts, although my preferred donuts are not always in stock, which is disappointing. This is why I deducted a star from my rating.

I ordered a black cold brew with a turbo shot, but it was so sweet that I accidentally spilled the brown sugar from the top. The label said it had cold foam, but I couldn't enjoy it as I am allergic to milk. I tried calling the restaurant but no one answered, and with my two small children in the car, I had no choice but to take the loss. I am very upset about the whole situation.

This Dunkin' Donuts in Cabarrus County is the best by far! The customer service and attention to detail at this location are commendable and highly appreciated. Unlike the stale donuts I received from the Concord location on 29 (which were terrible), this place took care of me right away.

Great place and great staff. ordering is always fast and correct, what could you ask for more?

Just became violently ill (in my guts), after getting an ice coffee, and donut from this place. I had to cancel my whole day ...I was in the middle of business, then barely made it', home. Obviously there's some kind of contamination, somewhere. ?Not going back.
