Dunkin' - Concord

First time going there even though I worked riding in TJ Maxx there what we going all the time even though their donuts are great but I'm a diabetic so that was just for a diabetics person outside to take

I love the coffee with a little hazelnut and my classic . Thank you

The egg wraps make for a satisfying quick breakfast. It's an excellent place to pick up some delicious donuts and munchkins. The bagels are quite good; although they may not quite measure up to New York City bagels, they come close.

During our visit, this location appeared to be a bit understaffed. It seemed that most of the focus was on drive-thru customers, while the line for indoor dining extended out the front door with only three employees managing the situation in the back. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the difficulties of predicting staffing needs during busy times, but this was the third time we've faced this issue. It might be beneficial for them to consider adding a fourth staff member during peak morning hours. Just last week, I opted not to go because I didn't have the time to wait in line if it turned out to be busy. The service staff is polite and does their best, but it’s simply too much for three people to handle effectively.
