Applebee's - Concord

A group of us went to this restaurant for dinner after an event. We visited their website and were able to put our names on the waitlist. We ended up waiting for about 90 minutes before we got a table.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, but it was a bit unsettling to eat while watching a deer hunting show. I found it difficult to enjoy my meal while witnessing someone field dress a deer.

The server seemed to be rushing us through our meal, treating us like just another table to finish quickly. Our appetizers were only on the table for a minute before our entrees arrived, in just three minutes. Despite our table being small, it felt crowded and we left feeling unsatisfied.

We went to Applebee's for the past two nights. Last night was incredible - everything was cooked perfectly and nothing was missing. Tonight, we decided to go back because we loved our dinner so much the night before. My friend ordered two 6oz sirloin steaks, which were amazing yesterday but tonight one was overcooked and the other was undercooked. He had requested them to be cooked medium, not well done or medium rare. I ordered the blackened shrimp broccoli alfredo, which was also amazing yesterday. Tonight it was still good, but I found a shrimp tail in my dish and they forgot the breadstick that should come with it. We had high hopes for tonight's meal after such a great experience the night before, but unfortunately we were left somewhat disappointed.
