Mary Brown's Chicken - Concord

Loved the chicken sandwich! Was great. I was the only one there and got my meal within literally 2 minutes after ordering ????

The food here is great but the wait for the food is always long. I understand the food is made fresh so it may take some time. But in this case I called my order in and they told me ready in 20 mins. I get there and after I pay for the food she then asks me about what kind of chicken I wanted spicey or reg and how mych of each. Keep in mind I gave all that information on the phone 20 mins prior to arriving. There were 2 people waitin for their food when I arrived and a few in the drive tru. It seems like they made sure to pack all other orders before getting started on even putting mine in the bags. In total I had to wait 10 additional minutes.

Terrible drive thru. Came here at 10:50pm and got so much rude attitude from the woman, who proceeded to tell me it was because they were about to close. That?s fine I?ll take my 60$ order elsewhere. You don?t appreciate my business, I?m sure I can find somewhere that will. Such rude staff.. not impressed at all, especially considering how great my experience was a the Yonge and Bernard location. Really a night and day experience between the two locations.

I like this place. The staff/management are really good. But I can no longer eat here as the chicken is no longer Halal see Mary Brown's website to confirm what I'm saying. The other locations in the area remain Halal.

Big location and visible from street so was easy to locate upon entering plaza. Staff was kind and order was fresh and compared to other locations this one was very organized and had the food ready in reasonable time. I like that they offer a drive thru as well for convenience.
