Gong Cha - Concord

The best bubbles waffel on the whole plaza each on the menu is crispy, fluffy and packed with taste. they use fresh ingredients such as fruit puree in a teig, so the mango/matcha/chocolate is extra intensive compared to other stores. edit them revising on 4 stars, as they seem to have improved on my last 2 visits, just wait 5-15 minutes. but this was on a weekday in the hours: 2 and 7 o'clock. I'm not sure if they take 30-40 minutes at peak times for a 2 beverage order. Note that their drinks are sweet (all Gong-Chas have this problem), I would recommend 0% sugar for everything. we usually need to dilute the drinks at home, even if we order them without sugar.

Overall the bubbled is not at the upper end with taste. but they can't go wrong to order their waffles. the four stars go to the waffels at these blase teespots are always so delicious

One of my 2 favorite bubble tea places, service is decent tempo and the selection is diverse. I love the strawberry cream brulee latte, only I find somehow stupid that the sugar is burned with the torch and then immediately covered with the lid. only so I can taste it when I lick the lid that is quite unignited. I wish it could have put another lid instead of a seal.

Two of the royal milk tea drinks ordered, they were extremely watered. when I exchanged the drink for 2 different, the manager said I should wait in the line. I waited for him for 20 minutes to tell me. I'm sorry that we don't exchange drinks here (same manager btw). When I told him the drinks were very watered and unimaginable, he still said he couldn't help me. Then why should I wait in the line?

I used to not be a fan of Gong Cha cause I found their bubble tea had an after taste so I didn’t try them for almost 4 years, HOWEVER, I decided to finally give them another try and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the mango matcha and creme brulee brown sugar and they were delicious!
