7501 Bistro Inc - Concord

Wow the flavours, the ambiance of this sophisticated space and the warmth of their dedicated staff. My experience at Bistro 7501 totally made my day, thank you Chef Ricci, I’ll be dreaming of that angus steak sandwich with pesto for days

The restaurant is beautiful with friendly staff and good food. However, I found it confusing that the menu changes daily and I was unable to anticipate what they would offer. For example, the website advertised pesto pasta, but when I arrived they only had sun-dried tomato pasta. While it tasted good, it wasn't what I had been looking forward to. The staff mentioned that their regular customers enjoy whatever is served each day, which I found a bit odd given the high quality of the food. Despite this, it is not a fine dining establishment with a set tasting menu, but more of a cozy local restaurant. Overall, I believe this feedback could be useful for the owners.

I had a delicious brunch today! Shoutout to Julia (apologies if I misspelled her name), she was a great server and we had a fantastic conversation.

The dinners, pastas, and risottos at this restaurant are freshly prepared and come in a variety of delicious options. The servers are always friendly and attentive.

Beautiful interior design, friendly staff and very high quality food for an extremely reasonable price.I’d definitely recommend going for either breakfast or lunch. You really can’t go wrong with any of their menu options.
