Louis is a genius when it comes to his food. His passion in the kitchen produced a truly unique and beautiful wedding menu for us that catered all the way through our day. From tasty nibbles after the ceremony (including the very popular halloumi fries! , to a sit down banquet with three different main dishes and multiple sides, and finally a full on BBQ service in the evening. Every detail was exceptionally high quality. At lots of weddings we have found that the main meal is often dry, generic and rushed out to low quality. I 'm so glad ours was such a different story. Louis worked with us to design the menu around exactly what we love to eat, while also catering for a few fussier guests and those with allergies. The meat was locally sourced, award winning and cooked to perfection, the vegetables were full of flavour and texture, and the overall impact was that even our fussiest eaters cleaned their plates and left with a smile. Months after our wedding we are still receiving praise for the food offered. Our guests were particularly impressed with the evening food many saying 'that 's one of the best burgers I 've ever had! ' But (despite the name Man BBQ doesn 't just excel at meat dishes we had so many meat eaters asking afterwards 'What was that lovely chickpea stew we had? That was delicious! ' and being surprised to discover that their favourite dish of the day was actually a vegan chickpea shashuka.

Just had a lovely bowl of chilli and nachos with cheese and sour cream at the Blackthorn festival, best food on the field without a shadow of a doubt. Thanks chaps, totally delicious! (where else are you doing that we can get this?

The absolute best bacon and burger roll I have ever had...and the steak was to die for!!!! I have died and gone to heaven! I would thoroughly recommend. The Man BBQ is the best!!
