Best place for great beer in Como. In addition to the simple but fresh homemade specialities I would like to come back as soon as possible.

After stepping off the train into what felt like a British winter, torrential rain washed away any hope we had of settling down and watching the sun set. But with luck we stumbled across this place and as it was the first bit of shelter we discovered we didn’t hesitate to head inside. A wide selection of international beers, helped us wash down our cold cut platter. All of it was just top, top quality. We were sad to leave and head back out into the rain leaving behind the wonderful food, beer and staff. If you’re in the area, it’s a no brainier, you have to visit.

Great place to have a cold one, or two ... not only do they serve great beers on tap, i would actually recommend their really extensive collection of bottled beers all of which you can try right there! even the most accomplished beer experts might not have heard or seen not to mention tried some of these brews. italians are, for some weird reason, not known for their beers. but given their love and devotion to good food and wine, nobody should be surprised that there is also great beer in italia, right!? and did i mention the friendly service? if they are not too busy, they even let you try before you buy. cheers to that!

Great range of beers, but what was really unexpected was how good the food is. The menu changes weekly and is all home made from scratch. You can see in the kitchen and we were so impressed.

Just on the edge of Como old town this became an afternoon regular stop off for us, great range of italian and European craft beers on draft and bottles. Friendly knowledgeable staff a great little find
