Honestly don’t get what all these negative reviews are for cause my experience tonight was awesome. Subs were perfect. Made exactly how we ordered. Even ordered on the app and only had to wait 10 mins before our 4 subs were ready for pick up.

If I could provide zero stars across the board I would. I attempted to grab lunch here today while I was in the area. This is my first time visiting this location. Upon walking in, It was hard not to notice how filthy this place was. Only half of the lighting was on so this place was very dark. All of the ceiling tiles looked as if they came from a bar that had been smoked in for 30 years. It did not take me long to make the decision that I would not eat from this vile looking subway.If it's one thing that is a red flag in a resuturant of this status. its a dirty, dark dingy environment. This location would be the definition.May I also mention that I was starving upon walking in and walked out with zero appetite and look of absolute disgust on my face..

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered a turkey sub and a chicken bacon ranch. Well, when I go to eat my turkey sub nothing on my meal was toasted as I ordered. Took the sub back in and she remade it only to mess it up again. I pulled the raw bacon off and just ate the sub. My husband goes to eat his sub and instead of chicken bacon ranch, he gets a turkey sub with raw bacon as well. The cookies I paid for weren't even in my order. Called them today to report the issue and the manager was RUDE as hell in the background. Will not be returning to this location.

Got here on a Sunday and there were 6 people in line and just 1 person servicing the customers. Turns out, the person they had just hired and trained the day before, quit! However, this young lady handled thing so professionally that truly impressed me. She made me an awesome sandwich to boot!

We received a ham and cheese sub instead of the veggie delight we requested and the manager in charge was extremely rude and refused to get us a refund unless we came in and proved we got the wrong food. We got delivery for a reason. We are pretty loyal customers and won’t be back after this. You should get new management for nights.
