Starbucks - Commerce City

It’s in King Soopers and going through renovations. It’s a regular Starbucks, everything is as expected. What makes it 5 stars is it’s in an awesome King Soops right by the bakery. Mmm!

This Starbucks is terrible! Every time we come here, the coffee tastes awful. That's why we switched to Dutch Bros. The caramel macchiato we got this morning tasted like plain coffee with a hint of sugar. Why bother spending so much money here?

I ordered two drinks at this restaurant, but unfortunately they were both prepared incorrectly. When I requested for them to be remade, I was surprised to find out that they wanted to charge me for their mistake. Both of the employees, especially one named Morgan, were very impolite and unfriendly.

I would recommend using mobile ordering if you want to be served quickly, especially when there is only one employee working. I stood in line for over 15 minutes while the young man working handled mobile orders one after another. He is doing a good job, but it is too challenging for him to manage both mobile orders and the register at the same time.

Young gentlemen helped me today and was really kind getting me the coffees I wanted. Great vibes
