Kfc - Commerce City

The staff was incredibly rude, spending more time joking around among themselves than attending to the customers waiting in the lobby. The lobby itself was in a terrible state, with trash overflowing everywhere. Every table was filthy, and we had to clean ours while carefully avoiding crunchy bits of chicken scattered across the floor. Despite not being busy, the staff was gathered in the back, ignoring the chaos in the lobby. I could understand a messy lobby if they were swamped with customers, but clearly that wasn't the case. The back area was equally unsanitary, with various liquids on the floor. One employee walked to the bathroom and, despite passing through the disgusting lobby, seemed completely indifferent to the mess. To make matters worse, she was wearing AirPods, which I found extremely unprofessional, and the staff was swearing loudly with music blasting in the background. Additionally, they only offered crispy chicken and were rude about it. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I consistently have issues with my order here. My receipt clearly states that I ordered mashed potatoes without gravy and chocolate cake, yet I ended up with mac and cheese, biscuits, corn, and a drink instead, all for $20.

I chose to have an early lunch at this place, and Cindy was fantastic! She was quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I ordered two famous bowls, and the food was extremely fresh.

Ordered my food through the mobile app 30 minutes before pickup. I arrived to pick up my food at the scheduled time only to be told I would have to wait for an unknown amount of time because they didn't have enough food to fill my order. The store wasn't busy so clearly the staff had no clue what they were doing. I'd like to hope this review makes a difference, but it seems horrible customer service is the norm.

Every time I come here, it?s always the ?we are out of chicken?. A chicken fast food joint and out of Chicken the past 5 times we are here. You are known for chicken and no chicken ready. Not to mention during dinner time too. Ridiculous! Popeyes it is for now on.
