Chipotle Mexican Grill - Commerce City

The dining area was in disarray during my visit, with vomit on the floor. The staff seemed more focused on the rush of customers than on cleaning up, making for a very unwelcoming atmosphere. It was a disappointing dining experience, and I couldn't even enjoy my meal because the unpleasant situation completely sapped my appetite.

This Chipotle is more convenient for me, but I might start going to a different location. The food is consistently cold, and I sometimes find hair in my bag along with the utensils, making them unusable. The staff often seem disinterested, giving the place an unhappy vibe. If you're looking for a disappointing experience, this is the spot for you. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We had an issue with our order, and when we approached the staff to get it resolved, the manager and front employees were unhelpful and insisted that everything was correct. As someone who placed the order, I definitely know when a meal is incorrect. The manager’s attitude was quite unprofessional. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 1 out of 5.

Google has incorrect hours, closes at 10pm like normal.
