Cold Stone Creamery

I had heard many great things about Cold Stone Creamery and finally decided to give it a try. When I asked for a specific ice cream flavor I had seen in pictures, the young man working there asked me what toppings I wanted to add. The first topping was free, but any additional toppings would cost extra. After spending $8 on a scoop of ice cream with one topping, I was not impressed with the experience. The staff member did not seem very enthusiastic about making my treat. I am unsure if this was just a one-time experience or if this is a common occurrence at this location.

I would not recommend to buy ice from this load, especially if their order is over eats. they forgot to send my entire application. they only sent me one of three and when I called them to return the $23. they refused because it was their fault, they don't even deserve a star.

The experience was excellent. One guy in our group complained that he wanted to order shakes just for himself and his friends, but overall, I had a wonderful time at Cold Stone. It definitely brought back memories from my childhood.

My first time there and it was delicious, I will be back I'm hooked...

Me and my husband went to this cold stones and the service was slow they were taking all of their online orders before they served us there were only four people in the shop and that were servers and they were only four people in the store and it still took them 20 minutes to service us. when they finally served us she took my order then put it off to the side and then took my husbands order by the time I got my ice cream it was melted. I love cold stones but I wouldn’t go back to this location.
