Lorenzo's Pizza - Commack

I placed an order on the Slic app, but it was never fulfilled. I tried calling for half an hour, but no one answered. Unfortunately, I won't be giving them another chance.

I always make sure to order the large cheese pizza at this restaurant. Although it may be slightly smaller than other places, it's a great deal at $11.

The restaurant has consistently gotten our orders wrong seven times in the past year. When bringing the incorrect meals, they have blamed us instead of taking responsibility. Attempts to rectify the mistakes have been futile.

Terrible customer service. they prefer to go back and forth with customers on the phone (in contrast to tell them to keep) with a long line ahead of them. I just picked up a delivery (I have at some point my hand wavy and my voice slightly raised to get the attention of the heart on the register) and made it explicit to them, but they have ignored me and let me wait while I was looking at the order and was ready to go on a counter close. no problem. I'm not going out of mine to disguise any business on some way. especially the little young. but if the owner or anyone interested in this, the staff/representatives of this load deserves more than this bad review.
