Vanilla and chocolate ice cream is way too sweet, almost like frozen icing on a cake. The after taste of this way too sugary ice cream made me slightly light-headed

Staff there are very friendly and polite. They make it feel more like they care then just doing a job. Always busy. Clean and inviting atmosphere

They don?t want to honor coupons. Poor management. Also when you cut open their cakes, the have severely reduced amount of crunchies and vanilla. They always skimp out on toppings as well. Pathetic, trying to cut corners and charge the same price as others. Will not return, going to the farther carvel in smithtown on principle. Avoid at all costs.

The store is so clean, absolutely amazing, it exceeded our cake vision. I had cake for my daughter?s party, she even got to write the word on the cake herself, everyone in the party is more than satisfied. I been told it is under new management and brand new machines just made ice scream so delicious. We went back 3 times, not only is the ice scream delicious, the service was very friendly and great. Will keep coming back!
