Restaurante La Baranda - Comayagua

We recently invited customers to dinner and they chose this restaurant. What an excellent selection. Except they close their doors early (8:00) we have nothing but reviews for their food, service and furnishings. Very nicely furnished, great atmosphere and an outdoor seating area. (we sat inside) The food was fresh, plentiful and tasteful. They also carry a wide selection of good wines. We propose to order as soon as you get there as they tend to employ, and the food could take time to get out (we were told). Our food came out relatively quickly as we arrived there early and many of the tables were still empty. But they haven't been empty for a long time. We'll be back.

We ordered a variety of dishes and enjoyed all. Excellent and the atmosphere is artistic and unique. Fully recommend!

Great Atmosphera! Nicely decorated and the best menu in Comayagua....

Just the best place in town. Great flavors, great dishes and amazing options throughout the menu. It is definitely for seafood lovers, but also for someone who is not big on seafood, this place will not disappoint. The cocktails are delicious and the staff is great. My favorite dishes are the salmon with pesto, the salmon carpaccio and lobster tail, the sides are simply perfect, especially the salad. I can't express enough how much I like to eat in this place.

Great atmosphere and wonderful food. Best place for seafood and fine dining in Comayagua. It's a little pricey but worth it. Photo attached is the appetizer shrimp nachos. Everything I've had there had been really good and they offer a great selection of wines.
