We were hopeful that past reviews re: slow service were not indicative of the Final Cut but, we were wrong. Good food, (not great) and clean accommodations were there, it just took too long to get served. Moreover, it wasn’t busy at all on a Friday night (red flag) With all the good choices around Columbus in this category we likely have made our final trip to the Final Cut!

We arrived on time although we wasn't seated until 20 minutes later. Once seated we were served a glass of water. 35 minutes later a waiter finally showed up to take our order, We ordered but didn't get served until 35 minutes later, at this point we should have left. This was the worst service we have ever experianced. We both ordered steak with one side each, baked potato was cold. Steak wasn't worth $45.00 From the time of arrival till we left it took three hours for two people to have dinner. We do NOT recommend The Final Cut
