Tee Hayes is an awesome place to work. I have been there over a year now. After reading all the reviews I felt I needed add something. We appreciate our loyal customers. And we always intend to do the best we can do to make sure our customers are taken care of and satisfied with not only their service but also with their food. Our barnyard buster is great. Our country sausage gravy is delicious. I personal apologize to anyone who had service they were not satisfied with. Like any restaurant it tries to keep staff that are responsible and professional however people don't turn out to be who they portray themselves as. But I asure you that that there are staff that are dedicated and strive to make every experience the best you've ever had. I will close this with one comment. Valentie's day Reply. I work at Tee Jayes on west broad and I send out an apology to the woman and her kids who seemed to get such bad service.. I promise if you come back in we can make it better.. I don't know why the server told you we make it that way.. we as server's know that sometimes we have to change out the juice.. and as for customer satisfaction that comes first.. Please reconsider coming into Tee Jayes again.. I'm sure we can make it better..
