Unfortunately, that was not the case at this restaurant. I requested extra sauce on the famous bowl, and the response I received was that three draws was not enough. I disagree — when everything gets placed in the middle of the bowl, it doesn’t reach all the food properly.
"I noticed there's a new manager since my last visit a year ago. The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. You've made a great choice with the new manager. Thank you, KFC!"
I would give this place zero stars if I could. There was a lunch break, and when I received my order, there were no utensils provided in the bag. I searched my car but couldn't find anything, so I went back to ask for a spoon or fork, but still couldn't find any. By the time I returned, the break was over, and I had to call KFC to let them know how inconvenient it was for me to eat my meal cold while waiting to sit down. Some managers really don't understand how to manage; all she had to say was a simple "sorry." She didn’t even offer me a drink or anything to make up for the trouble I went through just to eat my lunch. This is a prime example of poor customer service, which should focus on satisfying their customers.
Clean fast food restaurant I was ever there and the food was fresh and great.
They ran out of chicken. We waited like 10 mins but it was good and hot
