Iron Plow Vineyards - Columbus

I recently visited this vineyard for the first time and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting us with choosing our flight selections. I particularly enjoyed the Seyval Blanc, but the real standout was the white sangria. We ended up ordering two pitchers, as they were incredibly smooth and sweet, just the way I like it. The atmosphere was lovely, with live music and friendly fellow patrons. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant today. We brought our dog and enjoyed some snacks. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. We ordered the mango sangria and a bottle of Cabernet Franc and had no complaints.

We visited this restaurant last year and found the wines to be mediocre. During our tasting experience, only one out of the six wines we tried was enjoyable - the chambourcin. We were the only customers present on a late Friday afternoon, and we felt that the prices were quite high considering the quality of the wines.

We started coming during the pandemic with our then 5 yr old. We brought stuff for him to do and snack items for all. Great atmosphere!

Service was very good, but the wines were hit or miss. Among the 2 flights we ordered (total of 6 wines), I liked only 2 while my better half liked 4, so the batting average was not too bad. However, the ones we didn't like were truly off putting. It also appeared to me that the vineyard was only for show and its grapes not actually used to produce wines.
