Donatos Pizza - Columbus

Got a 2 because the chicken caprese entre salad was AMAZING, that was a 5+. Now, the rest of the story. Customer service was subpar, but we are beginning to expect that. Wife got the Italian salad, one problem, hardly any lettuce in the salad. We also ordered a medium Works Pizza, the only request I has was asked for it to be well done. I get its conveyor belt pizza, so running with through twice should achieve my simple request. Instead, we received a pizza with doughy crust, onions that were still hard, and truthfully, a pizza that was not very warm. They were busy with carry out, and drive thru, but we were the only ones in the dining room on a Friday night? Maybe everyone takes their pizzas home and finishes cooking them.......

Placed large order multiple pizzas several subs. Told delivery would be an hour. Actual delivery after calling store manager was 1 hour and 14 minutes later. So 2 hours and 15 minutes for delivery from a store within a 5 mile radius. Our company had left before delivery arrived. Called manager again and was promised a “credit”. 2 weeks after placed online order for two big dons with pizza sauce and a medium pep. Didn’t mention the credit. 40 minutes for delivery was promised. 1 hour later I called manager to ask about the delivery and was told “it’s out”. Order arrived one hour late, 1hr &40 minutes total time from Order to delivery, missing 1 sub and the sub that arrived wasn’t prepared as ordered, with pizza sauce. Called back and was promised another store credit. Called store directly today 5/26 to use one of the credits. Placed 3 calls to store and no answer. Apparently this store no longer accepts orders from customers with credits or the manager is the only employee, make pizza locks up and delivers them. Donatos has terrible customer service and could care less about customer retention. My family no longer wasting time and money on this franchise

I think I need to close with donatos. about 3 weeks ago ordered and my order was not correct. no additional mushrooms on my pizza, as I wished. my dissatisfaction by email and was given a $20 credit in the special business that I was ordered from. I will order again soon, and some extras! a few weeks later, ordered with the extras again because I had the loan...Again, screwed up. I didn't complain because more than likely, so they made my order this time. again, asked for extra mushroom, half the normal amount of pfefferoni. I received a single order of mushrooms and of course, whole order of pfefferoni. it was also cooked, almost burned. my ham and cheese undercut, where was that meat? hardly a ham, I also asked for extra salate. only a few shreds of salat, and their tomats, saw as if they used 2 slices of cherry tomato on each half of the sub. I thought we were trying a few chicken wings, simple and garlic. I'm not even sure what kind of taste that was, but they might want to remove chicken wings, bones in or boneless from the menu. terrible, definitiw wasn't garlic. the only article that was right, the broth sticks and my sons double pfeffer chocolate. get it donatos together! you used to be my favorite pizza place. that's it.

Visit them on a Friday afternoon, helpers cuddle, extremely loud. manager was fully involved. such a shame. a few good points. 1 they showed up to work,2 against person was great, and number 3 eating was good. il go back, only as execution or supply food: 5/5
