Church's Chicken - Columbus

On January 22. 2022, at 2pm I ordered two 12 piece chicken. Leaving a funeral with my aunt in the car. The manager in drive through was very unprofessional rude smart mouth and nasty. I don't know her name, because she didn't have on a name tag. I have the receipt. One employee manager like this one gives the meaning of good customer service a bad name. In my opinion should be not warned, but terminated. Facts

Why they act like I came to their house to order...then after waiting 20 mins to order can almost guarantee to be told we out of EVERYTHING.

This was my favorite until.....I came here one day before work and asked for a 2 breast meal with mashed potatoes and a sweet tea, after getting on the road I noticed that one of the breast was actually a wing. I called and told them and they remembered me. I told them I would come the next day to get it replaced but when I did they were closed due to power outage. Being that they were closed I went the following day and here is where I became disgusted.I walked in and told them what happened and the lady then grabbed my box that still had the bone left from the breast I had eaten and the uneaten wing and grabbed the tongs from where the food was in the warmer and tossed out the remains of my food with the tongs and then grabbed another chicken and THEN proceeded to make the next order without washing the tongs off or grabbing a clean pair of tongs.I will not be back!

Asked for 2 piece white and paid $6.36 . Received wing and leg. I expected wing and breast. Very disappointed. Called Buena Vista Road location and phone not answered.

The food was bland. They said they couldn't honor my coupons. My 3pc chicken was so small, a toddler wouldn't have gotten full
