Applebee's Grill

I ordered a steak and it was the worse steak I ever had in my entire life, disgusting, It was a pick up order which I picked up on time, but the food was horrible, I’ll never eat in this place ever

There should be more than 5 stars allowed for this Applebee's!! Our server Jamya was exemplary and checked on us often without being a pest.The manager, if he passed our table, made it a point to ask if we were enjoying the food and thanking us for choosing them. I've been in much less crowded Applebee's with far far less efficiency. I could tell this place runs like a well-oiled machine!The food (lime chicken lunch special, and Bourbon St. chicken and shrimp for hubby) was delicious and appealingly plated.100% recommended to all!!

Didn't even make it to being seated.. waiting in the front and the waitress sets her tray down on the ledge which I already didn't have any room but it was fine. then she comes back to take the people's order and actually has the audacity to ask me to move so she could literally sit down again it's on the ledge and caused me to not have any room while waiting. Needless to say the second she sat I left. Just overall rude af in my opinion.Would've given 0 stars if that were an option.

Today we had a very unpleasant dining experience at Applebee’s in Columbus, MS. Our waitress was not attentive. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks(water). We did not have silverware or napkins. The manager delivered our appetizer and we asked for utensils. We were not given small plates for appetizers so we ended up cutting our food on the one and only napkin. The waitress and manager walked by our table several times without making eye contact.Once I requested some plates from the manager, waitress was even more standoffish.NEVER AGAIN!

Long wait time, the waitress never advised us of a couple of up charges but we found them on the tickets ... Not worth the price for the wait.
