Arby's - Columbiana

I decided to go to this restaurant for a meal. The manager took my order and informed me that my fries were just put in the fryer and would be a few minutes, which was fine with me as I prefer them fresh. After a short wait, she came back to apologize for a miscommunication as they were just dropped. I appreciated her honesty and understanding that mistakes happen. She offered me a free drink while I waited and also gave me a card for a free meal. I left the restaurant happy and satisfied with my meal. I couldn't ask for more.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was all delicious. They could improve the ordering process on the app, but overall it was a fantastic dining experience!

Had the boneless chicken wings and crocheted fries (hot honey). Chicken was delicious, Fritten were hot! The staff was quick and friendly.

Good Food You should bring your deal back 5 for 5.95 and 2 for tuesday

We decided to sample the fries and were pleased to find that they were hot and fresh with a delicious taste. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly. This pitstop on our long journey left a positive impression on us and we will definitely be stopping by again when we are in the area.
