The Baked Bear - Columbia

Each of us ordered our own version of the ice cream sandwich. The fun part is that you can create your own! You choose your cookie, and can mix and match different flavors for the top and bottom. Then you select your ice cream and any toppings you want. It was a bit pricey, but considering the novelty and generous size, it felt like a worthy ice cream adventure! I’m giving it a solid five stars and highly recommend it. The location is nice, and we felt at ease parking and strolling around. My only downside was that the shop is quite small. There are only four tables, and although we managed to snag one, we had to borrow a chair from a nearby table. Plus, there were lines of people waiting, which made it feel a bit crowded. However, none of this is enough to take away from the positive experience!

I took my daughter here for her birthday to get her something special. I found this place on Google, and I recommend that if you have a young child, consider ordering one ice cream sandwich and having it cut in half! The ice cream sandwiches were delicious. I will definitely return again.

This was a delicious sugar overload! Even though they were slammed, the staff were super helpful and quick without ever making you feel like a bother. Their vegan selections were limited but tasty, but I don't think you could go wrong with any selection. We were a group of 6, everyone got something different, and nobody was disappointed. We especially loved that you can mix and match the cookie flavors.

What a delightful experience! I had the espresso ice cream with snickerdoodle cookies and almonds on the outside. I highly recommend having your cookies warmed up; they are soft and gooey, and they won't melt the ice cream!

$5.95 ice cream and two cookies that make a delicious ice creamsandwich... super sweet customer service. And I did get mine warmed.
