Subway - Columbia

We have been visiting this restaurant for several years. While the staff is generally friendly, the service has been inconsistent. During our last two visits, the salad was wilted and unappetizing. They did replace it with a new batch, but it was just as bad, and they didn't seem to acknowledge it as an issue. "Eat Fresh" should mean more than just a slogan on the packaging. Additionally, the iced tea tasted stale; at 11:15 in the morning, I would expect it to be fresh and flavorful. What used to be a dependable lunch spot is starting to lose its charm for us, which seems to be the case with many fast-casual restaurants these days. To be fair, we did return and found that our most recent visits were significantly better. My review reflects my experiences on these recent trips.

The staff here is consistently friendly, and the freshness of the food is significantly better than at other restaurants in the area.

Love it. We eat twice a year when we come for work, range qualification.

The young man who greeted me was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. He took pride in his work, and I wish more young people were like him! Great job, young man!
