Starbucks - Columbia

Seemed very short staffed and a couple of the baristas seemed stressed out. When I went a customer was cursing and yelling at a barista from the lobby. She handled it great and went to get who I'm assuming was a manager. My frappe was amazing and despite the awful situation, the baristas were kind and tried their best

No napkins, Luke at all. No toilet paper in the restroom. I took the napkin dispenser up to the barista and later was told in the most polite way possible to leave the napkin dispenser where I found it. I explained that they should not tempt us with napkins by displaying empty dispensers. I get supply chain, but they are in a strip mall where the manager could go buy a temporary supply. Way below the Starbucks standard. I preferred sitting in my car to sitting in the store.

Loved getting the PSL again this year, I loved this location. The baristas were very personable and and genuine.

Joel and Alex were so nice! They complimented us both and helped us with drink orders. Awesome people awesome store!

I am a drink my coffee at home girl so I am slow to order with soooo many choices at Starbucks. The wait staff were very understanding and helpful and cheerful. Cheerful helps when it's early and I haven't had my coffee. I appreciate the great attitude and welcoming environment. I stayed awhile and drank my coffee. They all seem very efficient.
