Royal Pizza Subs Wings - Columbia

I've been ordering Royal for years. Not only is my food always hot, fresh and correct, but my delivery time is incredibly fast. I've never been treated with anything but kindness and respect from the staff. So to the 1 star reviewers: maybe try to tap the delivery people if you want faster service. You get what you pay, especially in this economy. Edit: Recently, Royal changed her hours so that they close at 9:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends, and this is just silly for a pizza delivery service. My rating will remain at 3 stars until it is fixed.

Do not order the execution online from this place. I ordered two cheese steak subs and two orders from Fritten for $54! It was ready when I got there, but they got the blows wrong on both subs, and they gave me seasoned frets when I ordered the regular kind. You also add a fee for a type of $1 donation without being able to choose it! Not only the food stinks, but they're also pan-handling. I was there because it was close. Never again.

Reading the reviews I was very scared I?d get sick from eating their food but I?ve tried their pizza a couple times at my job when a coworker has ordered it and whatnot and ?.Well I was feeling very hungry and their pizza is light weight and it is pretty good in my opinion but not too good but it does hit different when you?re super hungry. The delivery took over an hour and I thought they?d never arrive. I feel like the customer service could be better and communication.When delivering they should use accurate estimated arrivals and have a system where the customer can check when they are coming. The reason I say this is because if the food says it will come in 10-25 minutes but takes more than that, that can be a safety issue concerning food not staying fresh.

The food was awful because they failed to fulfill my simple order for extra-crispy wings and pizza. Such a basic request!
