Pizza Hut - Columbia

The pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven, but all in all, it was excellent.

The manager, Amber, told me she didn't know how to issue a refund. She also never offered me a credit to come back another time. I left the Pizza Hut 40 minutes after I arrived with no dinner for the kids and $54.00 short, which I basically donated to an unorganized, poorly managed, and untrained staff restaurant. I am disgusted with this franchise in Columbia, IL and definitely would never return.

We tried the sharp lovers pizza and omg y'all. I'll give him 100%. Number one was friendly and reasonable. Also number 2 the presentation on this pizza was excellent, it had no mistakes and was very fresh. Number three of tastes was amazing when you love spicy deff. Take this. It'll eat again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff for making this delicious pizza. Please come back down and try. P.s no I don't work for pizza hut. I just love pizzas.

We love Columbia Pizzahut we live in Belleville and come here for our pizza because they are so well made Thank you for having such a fantastic job and for so good staff friendly and polite

Definitely like the Columbia Pizzahütte better than the Cahokia. Faster by far and food made a bit better!
