Consistently good food and service! We've never had an issue.

Ordered a singular pizza and cheese sticks and waited 130 minutes to get my pizza. they were partnered with doordash to get it to me (without informing me), so i had to find a way to get cash rather than tip the dasher through the papa johns app like i expected. on top of that, the cheese sticks were a cheese pizza without marina sauce and they put sauce on the side to basically make it a pizza. in theory is extremely confusing. also, they messed up my pizza order by not adding extra cheese and adding toppings i did not want on both sides of the pizza. i used to love this place but i will not be coming back.

Got a pizza delivered from Papa John’s. It was good just on the ride to my house from the restaurant the pizza got a little distorted.

WEIRD OBJECT FOUND IN FOOD. CHECK YOUR PIZZA.Not impressed with how this whole ordeal was handled. Honestly don't even think I spoke to the actual manager because as a former manager for the company it was just awkward and difficult to talk to her. She sat on the phone for almost 10 seconds legit not saying anything after I told her what we found in our pizza. Dead silence. I'm pretty sure this was a huge clump of hair. They offered to remake and send it back out and said it would take 30-45. We got our pizza well after an hour. I'd have completely remade the order and refunded it. There's absolutely zero excuse for any random non- topping ingredients to be on the pizza especially when whoever is in charge of boxing and cutting should have quality checked again.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza for my guests not realizing it was actually a BBQ chicken pizza. Actually thought we got the wrong order and only realized now that was their Hawaiian pizza. BBQ pizza is the worst and that one specifically was the worst I've ever tasted. It's a BBQ chicken pizza nothing Hawaiian about it. Misleading
