Papa John's Pizza - Columbia

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL. I placed an online order for delivery at 8:06 pm and didn't received my food until 10:10 pm. The food had to be warmed up in the microwave although we were just getting it then the guy who deliveredit was NOT a Papa John's worker when I ordered directly thru the Papa John's website so I was a bit confused. Along with missingsome of my items.

The food is good but damn the ordering phase is torturous. After they get your address (which is challenging , they take your order, but also take multiple opportunities to upsell, which is of course annoying since you have to say no about 3 timesafter you place the order, which they then confirm a second time. Then, just in case you 're not sufficiently annoyed, that 'swhen they ask your name, phone number and how you will be paying and finally relay the total, to which you must respond towhether it 's ok or not. They then have to put you on hold and return prior to providing the ETA and have the nerve to then askif that 's ok. versus Pizza Hut Pick up or delivery? What 's your phone number? You at xyz? What 's your order? Be about 45minutes, cash or card? :

I called and placed an order. I think it was not actually at the location ...Maybe all of their calls are sent to a call center?? When I went to pick up the pizza they said they never got the order had to wait another 20 minutes to get a pizza. Thatsucked.

Great pizza every time for a good price. I don?t know what some of these people are expecting from a low cost chain pizza spot. Quality ingredients at a decent price and pizza is on point every time. Employees are cool
