Papa John's - Columbia

There was a baby roach in my food and they were so rude about it UGH! The manager wanted to fight my bf because he said we were lying...poor service at its finest !

I was really impressed with the service and the quality of food they gave me! Good job Papa Johns! After a couple of bad experiences, I wasn't sure about going back to this one, but I am glad I did!

I ordered takeout and was given a 40 minute wait and when I arrived my pizza was just being put in the oven. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and I was extremely disappointed with the service and food.

Ordered a pizza and went to pick up and they didn?t have my order in their system claiming I cancelled. The cashier was very friendly but the lady who came to ask about the order was having a bad day and was confrontational and dismissive like they?rewaiting for an argument with customers to post on YouTube ???? I left, no worries. The manager was there and allowed this withno offers to help or correct their mistake. I won?t go there again.

I attempted to place an online order to be delivered to my daughter. The payment was accepted. I immediately got a confirmation email. But, then I got another email stating the order was cancelled and that papa John?s would not be responsible for anyissues regarding the transaction or issues with my bank. When I called I was not able to speak to anyone at the local store Iwas instead linked to a call center who quickly dropped my into a voice mail dump box. Be very careful students at UOfSC andsurrounding area.
