Mcdonald's - Columbia

Service was good, friendly lady taking orders. Food was great! Didn't wait long in line.

Was pleased with the speed of service... but highly disappointed in my food quality. Ordered the Travis Scott burger and it was raw... Got 2 actually... both could not be eaten.. ? so sad because the first 2 bites were so delicious.. oh and my fried were half cooked.

Good food service was slow but I think it was because of the thanksgiving traveling crowd.

I couldn't hear the girl talking through the Drive-Thru speaker. I'm upset because I wanted crispy buttermilk chicken sandwiches and they were supposed to be sold out. I feel they didn't want to drop the chicken and cook. Then I was parked and waited 20 minutes to get my food.

Whenever I try to add tomatoes to my McChicken, are they always?out?. No matter what time of day I'm going or what I'm doing. Almost as they do not like customization options for their customers. I've never had this problem with any McDonald?s other than this and even other McDonalds in Columbia will allow me to customize my order as I ask. Certainly not? LOVIN?
