Insomnia Cookies - Columbia

The cookies weren't anything to write home about. I tried the oatmeal raisin, double chocolate mint, and snickerdoodle varieties. The double chocolate mint was the one I enjoyed the most. We ordered for delivery, but the status never changed. After waiting a while, it still showed that our order was being prepared. When we called, we found out that the cookies had already been delivered. Apparently, someone just left them on the ground outside without bothering to knock or ring the doorbell.

Absolutely not worth it! We ordered 50 cookies and got a message at 9:40 PM saying our order was ready. We picked them up at 9:41 PM after waiting. The cookies were cold and hard. To top it off, the employee had a terrible attitude. It's frustrating to deal with rude staff and receive subpar food. I strongly recommend ordering from David's Cookies online or getting them from Sam's Club; it's cheaper and there’s no rudeness to deal with.

We arrived at 10:50 and were informed there would be a 15-minute wait due to a shortage of cookies, which was fine. However, the cashier was quite rude throughout the process. Now it's 11:16, and while everyone ahead of us has received their cookies, we’re still waiting for three chocolate chunk and three snickerdoodle cookies—nothing too extravagant. Meanwhile, there were six staff members in the kitchen who seemed completely disorganized and unaware of the situation. I just have to say, Crumbl would never operate this chaotically.

Usually not a fan of cookie places but this place was amazing. A woman with blonde hair was very friendly and nice the whole time. Just for the service alone is enough for me to come back. Oh, the cookies were good too

The cookies were good, cashier was great. The other workers was rude and only express the promotions to a particular group of people. I thought maybe I was off, but I saw him skip over another group of people that looked like me. He told those behind them about the specials. IMO focus more on customer service.
