Ihop - Columbia

Ordered IHOP while at work. Ordered strawberry and creme crepes. Just asked for no frozen strawberries on top. Still wanted strawberry syrup. I got plain crepes, nothing on top. Also ordered a hot chocolate which I also didn't receive

The servers were standing at the front to welcome the people as they walked in. Our server was amazing. We love IHOP and will definitely be back. Food is awesome

We went to this location after having a medical procedure done so the morning started off not great. This location made the day infinitely better! The food was delicious but the service we received was really what made our day! Our waiter, I believe his name was Derek, was friendly, upbeat, and just overall outstanding! He did make one small mistake with our order but made it right. It seemed like he was basically running the place and with a smile! Whatever he is being paid is not enough! It is so hard to find even decent service at most places but this man is the best example of PERFECT service. Very impressed with this location!

I always command to go the new yorker cheesecake with strawberry toppings! always buttersirup and soup. nice service also

Business hours are stated as 24 hours (updated very recently by the business). However at 9:55p the doors are locked with no sign up.The lady at the front desk can be seen standing there on her phone. Only when we call the business line to see if they are actually open and it starts to ring, does she spring into action. Not answering that phone of course, but getting out of sight and then shutting off all the lights in the place.Not a good look IHOP.
