I Heart Mac Cheese - Columbia

We eat here every time we drive to ćolumbia. the food is excellent . the service was always great as we could meet the peculiarities witha I think it is my 4 year old loves this place. al the proteine lobster! is awesome, short nativity is my favorite. then they have chickens, pigs and meatballs! sandwiches are also very well made. give it a try, they will not be disappointed. they will be for more.

If you want to try this place I would do it sooner than later because I doubt it will be around long. They need to tighten up their operation. The ordering process and the payment process is sloppy and inefficient. We’ve been three or four times and the employees always seem confused about what they are doing and how we are ordering. The last two visits we ordered the cheese bites. Both times they messed up our bites. The last visit we got the wrong ones. They were eager to replace them but the corrected order was frozen inside.The food is tasty and filling. The options are good for kids who are picky eaters. But at the price this is not an option for regular dining. My wife and I each had a grilled cheese sandwich and shared the cheese bites and it was $30. We didn’t even get a drink. It seems a lot for a mediocre experience and fast food.I really like the idea of this restaurant but I think it misses on the execution.

Accidently found this place and no regrets. We ended up grabbing our boys driving back here and ordering 4 bowls. Not one of us was disappointed. The owner was most pleasant and it was so clean and inviting. This will become a staple stop for us. Thank you for everything.

Very disappointed. Had long wait before any of the employees acknowledged me. Went to order a make your own. The first two ingregients I asked for they did not have. Very confused on how to order. Could not understand masked employee. It was getting late and our daughter cannot have sodas. Kids meal is supposed to come with a juice box. They were out. Employee said I could have a soda. Would not have ordered the meal which was same cost as a full size bowl of plain mac cheese had I known. No toy or snack with kids meal. Just the entre and drink. Did give them a second star as the food was ok. Not worth the cost and poor service.

Food was yummy...but we paid 20 something dollars for a bowl of lobster mac n cheese that was large enough to feed my 2 year old. My husband and I left hungry. For that reason they're lucky to get 2 stars.
