Good customer service and delicious food. I like that they bring the kids food out first.

Fresh, crisp salad. Sub had more than ample meat, cheese and veggies. The staff was thoughtful, polite and very helpful. This is now our go to place for subs and salads.

Njoyed sandwich is been a while since I went they great place to eat love the kettle chips.

Ordered 2 Subs and 2 Cookies, we ask if the Cookies were in the bag and the lady says yes. Got home no Cookies, Called back and talk to the lady about the the order, she didn't care,talked to the Manager, didn't care either. Will never go back to this Firehouse Subs again. The customer service is terrible.

Currently my favorite Firehouse location. I gave feedback, and the manager listened, remedying the issue. They always have my online orders available when requested, and they never leave off or add in ingredients. Amazing service!
