Fazoli's - Columbia

Fazoli is great, especially if you feed a family in a budget. It is always fresh and the bread sticks are amazing! If you dive, you get unlimited bread sticks! The young ladies at the front desk are absolutely sweet, they enjoy their job because they are so friendly and so helpful. It's rare to see. Very recommended!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The only salad they served was the "Celebrity Salad," which unfortunately came with strands of human black hair. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether. Additionally, the bathroom was not in good condition. During my visit to Florida, I found this restaurant to be quite unsatisfactory.

Eddie is amazing!!! He made sure we were extremely happy, put a smile on our faces after a long hard day of work for Justin and I. He is very curtious and very informative on cooking times and kept making sure we were taken care of to the highest nature! Eddie definitely went above and beyond for us! And he?s funny!!! I had a unique experience at a fast-food Italian restaurant that I had never visited before, and I was pleasantly surprised. They offer convenient self-service kiosks for placing orders, as well as a cashier option if you prefer. The food was quite good, and the portion sizes were satisfying. Our combo meals were reasonably priced at around $11-12 each. To my surprise, both meals also included breadsticks, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back soon.
