These people work rudely. they have a posture, every time I show up, try to order. they make people feel very uncomfortable, they hurry their order, they have no human skills at all. my mistake, if I asked if you had a chocolate dough, I'm sorry, I should have known you were out at 10 o'clock while I'm in the car thru.

The 3 staff that I interacted with seemed discontent, inattentive, and in poor spirits. I left to later find my order was wrong.Went back to address the issue, and the cashier cut me off while trying to place the order and was told to pull around.Got to the window to an unapologetic and rude Megan. She hands me another drink that's clearly incorrect. (Iced vs hot)I tell her what my order was, eyes rolled with inconvenience. She comes back with my drink and passively aggressively hand me the drink I'm silence.Don't go here for this reason. Pay a slight bit more for correct orders, consistency, and an uplifting interaction at nearly ANY other coffee shop.

Clean environment, quiet, probably because at 7:20pm your asked to leave because they lock the lobby in order to clean up. Drive through is still open until 8pm NOT 10pm like Google says. If you want to do homework Lakota coffee across the street would be better.

It’s not first come first serve! Hard to believe but they will deny making money and guess that people will come along and want the same thing and same amount. Not the smartest business decision and I am sure contributes to more waste than needed. Other places out there will give you exactly what you ask for.

Rude employees. go every morning. the last three paintings I was gone it was a terrible experience. they lost my business and I'm sure I'm not the only one that complains to me.
