When I inquired with the manager on duty, he informed me that I must specifically ask the staff to add it. However, the app doesn’t provide an option to request this, so I was advised to remind the staff upon picking up my order. When I did so, the staff member simply drizzled chocolate on top of the drink rather than inside, which was disappointing because it had already been prepared. I've attached a picture of what I received, and it looks nothing like the advertised product. When I order from Starbucks or any other restaurant, the drinks match their descriptions, and they don’t charge extra for standard ingredients like chocolate drizzle. If additional flavor shots are included, I understand an extra fee since they aren’t part of the base drink. Dunkin Donuts shows chocolate drizzle in the images for the frozen chocolate drink, and I believe it should be included without needing to request it separately. At other places, it's usually assumed that what’s pictured comes standard unless specified otherwise. For example, if I order a bacon egg wake-up wrap, I expect the bacon to be included, not to be told I have to request it and be charged extra. To me, it feels like this location is trying to save money by omitting standard ingredients and charging customers to add them back. Is a few cents really worth risking customer loyalty? This isn’t a one-time issue; I’ve ordered this drink at least four times through the app, and the chocolate drizzle has been missing every single time. My recommendation? Avoid this location.
Since we moved into this area, this place is my go to for breakfast for whole family. The workers are nice and always have my food done right each time. Thank you!!!

I went through the drive thru today, 7/2/23, asking for 2 Apple Fritter and 2 Cinnamon rolls. I was charged for both, but was only given 2 Apple Fritters.By the time I realized it they were closed because I didn't go to eat them until this evening at about 8:30pm.They usually do better but either way, this is bad service.
