It was missing bacon, had only seven jalapeños on it, and I didn't receive my 2-liter of Coke or any dipping cup. I paid $38 for a cold, incorrect pizza, and almost two hours later, I still don't have my drink. When I called to complain, the manager told me I should have greeted him more nicely? Seriously? He offered me a $10 credit. Great, but where's my drink? What am I supposed to do with the garlic cup if it finally arrives? I truly feel ripped off. The manager was incredibly rude, even telling me how I should feel and then hung up on me. I plan to contact corporate and won’t stop until that manager is held accountable. I've managed a Domino's before, so I know how the business operates.
I will never return! I waited two hours for my food, and the tracking system wasn’t working, so I couldn’t follow my order. Suddenly, I received a text saying my order was complete. I rushed to the door thinking they might have left it on the porch since no one rang the doorbell, but there was no food. I called the store, and the cashier was unhelpful in resolving the issue. She only offered me a refund or the option to have it remade for pickup, which defeats the whole purpose of delivery! Take some pride in your store and in serving your customers.
The staff was extremely attentive and put in a lot of effort. The food arrived hot and was prepared exactly as I requested! I have great respect for those working in the food industry; fast food can be quite challenging.
I didn't check the reviews before ordering, just setup a carryout order online while I was in the area. My pizzas were ready when I arrived and looked good and hot. When eating, I realized the Pacific Veggie pizza didn't have all of the toppings listedonline... if they were out, it wasn't mentioned and there weren't any extra toppings in its place. The pizzas weren't cut welland were heavy with garlic, which was supposed to be brushed on the crust only. Overall, it was okay.
Found hair baked into my pizza. I called and the lady who answered the phone was very nonchalant and offered no apology. She then proceeded to ask if I wanted it remade or a credit. Then began speaking over me before I could even answer. Their customerservice is awful.
