Open mic nights take place every other Tuesday here, and they are fantastic! The selection of beverages is impressive, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is really enjoyable too. This review is brought to you by yours truly, Charles N Charge!

What a delightful surprise! The ambiance is simple yet pleasant, and the food is surprisingly good, complemented by excellent service. We started with the pretzel bites, which were fantastic—I couldn't resist ordering a second helping. The vegetarian panini was exceptional, and I also had the scallops served on arugula, which were a treat for the taste buds—fresh, vibrant, and truly amazing! The drinks were spot on as well; I enjoyed both the Moscow Mule and the Old Fashioned. This place is definitely not just your average craft beer spot. Everything was beautifully presented. As a first-time visitor, I will definitely be back. It was well worth the experience!

It is ok nothing fancy but the food is good If I remember correctly you order your food and the they do bring it to you Fair prices This place is for fun nights not date nights unless you are in a good relationship already

Firstly, the content on their TVs is mostly filled with low-quality funny home videos, which is not only hard to watch but also disappointing for those hoping to catch a sports game or anything other than YouTube clips while at a bar. If management put more effort into showing sports events, I think they could attract more customers. The main reason for my three-star rating is the bar setup. Typically, there’s only one bartender taking orders and serving drinks, which can lead to long wait times of 15 to 30 minutes when lines start to build up. I’ve tried to make a habit of attending their weekly trivia on Thursdays, but it’s challenging when getting a drink feels like a chore. I really wish they had a full bar staff to better serve their customers, especially since there’s no table service and all orders are taken at the same spot in the bar. I truly hope to see improvements because this place has great potential, and as a local, I genuinely want Columbia Kettle Works to succeed!

Not impressed this evening for being a first time visitor! Customer service is severely lacking. Not one acknowledgment upon entry. Being first time customers, I was unaware you needed to order at the bar. Bar tender, looked at us at least twice, but couldn 't take the time to say a word about the process. When I asked if I was missing something, her response was, Well it says you have to order at the bar. When I asked why didn 't she say something the whole 5 minutes we were sitting there, her response, I must have been busy (to which was a lie, as she stood at the register and sipped her drink numerous times). Not a positive first impression. No desire to return. If they don 't care about customer service, then I don 't need to be there. I took my business elsewhere. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
