Chick-fil-a - Columbia

Place is okay for a quick bite. I really wasn't wanting in-line all that long to make my order. Once it was taken I had to wait a bit on the food. I ordered the 12 pieces of grilled chicken nuggets with fries and a sweet tea. Also, told the guy 3 different sauces I would like and some ketchup. When I found an open table, I cleaned it, sat down opened by bagged, everything was there except for the sauces, ketchup and napkins. We waited in line for 30 minutes the cashier (black) failed to take our order. We got to the window and the cashier told us to drive back around and wait to place our order. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate! We not be returning! Service was a lot better before black people started working there! I'm black and it just the honest truth

Extremely slow even when you place a mobile order ahead of time. Management is rude and never will take responsibility for the awful customer service. My last order I got a salad that I will be throwing in the trash.

Keep up the good work and work on the things that I did not give you four stars on

The food was warm when I ate it instead of the lemonade I got a milkshake with a cherry and no whipped cream. Everything was perfect. I am going to start eating there at least once a week or four times a month. Really enjoyed the food and excellent customer service Yasmeen
